Thank you for visiting our website. COMSATS Internet Services (CIS) is the pioneer ISP of Pakistan when it launched Internet services for the first time in the country in 1996. Since then, it has been a long and successful journey. At present, CIS has presence in 8 cities including Multan this year. CIS is the most diversified ISP of Pakistan offering Internet services to both consumers and corporate customers ranging from dialup, DSL, and Wireless P2P links to Hosting, Video Conferencing, Training, and Web Development. This year, CIS is celebrating its 15 years of Internet excellence!

Keeping our tradition of being the pioneers, I am proud to announce that CIS is the first ISP in Pakistan to offer On-demand Broadband. Hurricane™ is our new On-demand Broadband service. Our customers can use wireless broadband on a pay-per-event basis hence providing them convenience and cost savings.

In addition to Hurricane™, we have launched six other brands including Freedom™ (DSL with Wi-Fi), Tornado™ (Wireless P2P Links), Hawaii™ (Domain and Hosting), Viacon™ (Video Conferencing), Comtrain™ (Technical Training) and Prism™(Website Design). In addition to these seven services, we offer LAN/WAN installation and maintenance also.

We also have a data center which hosts more than 3000 domains and websites. It is backed up by multiple generators and UPSs. We offer domain registration, shared hosting, colocation, and virtual private servers.

COMSATS has also contributed to social services in the country. COMSATS launched telehealth for the first time in Pakistan when it established a telehealth clinic in Gujar Khan in 2001. At present, COMSATS has telehealth clinics in Skardu and Islamabad. Patients in Skardu are diagnosed by doctors in Islamabad using video conferencing. Patients are then suggested treatment and medicines. This is a free service from COMSATS for the local community.

Our vision is to make CIS a very reliable and secure ISP in Pakistan, especially for corporate customers. Being the pioneer ISP, we have 15 years experience of running internet operations. CIS is known for the quality of its customer support and was ranked the best ISP in Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad and Sialkot by PTA in its quality of service survey in 2008.
