Payment Options

COMSATS Internet Services (CIS) offers the following payment options to its customers.

CIS Offices

Customers can make payment for services by visiting any CIS office in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Lahore, Faisalabad, Sialkot and Karachi. Offices are open Monday to Saturday from 9 to 5 PM. CIS has a shop in Blue Area Islamabad also which is open Monday to Saturday from 10.30 AM to 5 PM.
COMSATS is exempted from Income Tax. To view our Tax Exemption Certificate click here

Standard Chartered Branches

You can also make payment by visiting your nearest branch of Standard Chartered Bank and making deposit by cash / cheque in

After depositing in bank, SMS us at 0331-5220082 or email billing.isb@comsats.net.pk and give the following details:

1. Deposited Amount
2. Your Login ID
3. Standard Chartered Branch name
4. Date & time of deposit
5. Mailing Address/ Contact number

On receipt of customer message, CIS Billing department will open the account for one day and permanently open the account on the next working day after receiving confirmation of payment from Standard Chartered Bank. We will send you the CIS payment receipt through courier on the mailing address you mentioned in your email.
