We have been using CIS for internet services since 2009. The reason we selected Comsats Internet Services was that they were the pioneer ISP of Pakistan and they have 15 years of experience in running internet operations.

At present, we are using 3Mbps CIR Bandwidth at our office through a wireless link with CIS pop. The service has been very stable and reliable and we haven’t had any downtime this year.

Although, we haven’t had the need to call CIS support often but it is very responsive whenever we call them even on weekends. In the end, I would say we are very satisfied with the services provided by CIS and we would be more than happy to recommend CIS and ISP to any organization which is looking for a reliable ISP with responsive customer support.

We have been using Comsats Internet Services since 2000. The reason we selected CIS was they were pioneer ISP of Pakistan and they have 15 years of experience in running Internet operations. CIS has variety of services in IT operations like broadband and software development, video conferencing etc.

At present we are using 4MBPS CIR bandwidth at our head office through wireless link with CIS. The service has been stable and reliable and we have not had any downtime this year.

Although we have not had the need of call to CIS support often but every time we found there support excellent and responsible behavior by their engineers. In the end I would say we are very satisfied with the services provided by CIS and we would be more than happy to recommend CIS as an ISP with responsible customer support.

We have been using Comsats Internet Services for the past 5 years. At the beginning, we had only one domain hosted at Comsats but currently we have more than 10 websites hosted on CIS servers.

At present we are using some other services like MIS Hosting, Emails and Database Hosting for our head offices and for our branches in different cities of Pakistan. The service had been stable and reliable and we have not had any downtime this year. The staff of CIS was always responsible and cooperative. The support person always acknowledges our need and routine support if required.

In the end, I would say that we are very satisfied with the services provided by CIS and we would be more than happy to recommend CIS as an ISP to any organization which is looking for a reliable ISP with responsible customer support.
